Material Project Assistant

The Material Project Assistant is an onsite position based in Rancho Santa Fe, CA, with a salary range of $45,500 to $82,250 per year. This role supports the Undersea Systems Division. The role exists to coordinate purchase orders and monitor material quotes. By working with Program Managers to track purchase requests and ensure compliance with procurement regulations, the assistant supports the timely delivery of materials for maritime missions.

What you'll do

• Commit orders via Costpoint, SciQuest, and Pcard.
• Create Purchase Requisitions for subcontract labor and material.
• Generate Purchase Request Forms and route for approval.
• Initiate Procurement Purchase Requests.
• Reconcile biweekly Transaction Detail Reports.
• Track status of orders and maintain material spreadsheets.
• Communicate with vendors regarding delivery dates.
• Complete Goods Receipts.
