Quality Control Manager

What you'll do

• Lead daily Quality Control department operations and staff development
• recruit and train QC personnel
• implement systems and processes
• ensure compliance with the Quality System Manual and applicable PCI, ACI, and ASTM standards
• review job specifications
• oversee steel hardware inspections and concrete mix design and testing
• analyze quality data and report quality status to management
• lead follow-up and improvement efforts after PCI audits.

Why this role

The position requires a 3:00 a.m. start time. A bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, concrete experience, ACI and PCI Levels I–III, and material-testing experience are preferred or listed as qualifications.
