What you'll do

• Manage safe movement of vehicles into and out of the inspection center
• meet inventory production goals
• oversee and coach assigned associates
• communicate expectations and performance goals
• resolve team conflicts
• ensure adherence to procedures and standards
• review mechanical and physical defects
• partner with the General Manager on repair or rejection decisions
• train associates in quality-control standards
• complete repairs efficiently and help prevent workplace hazards.
