What you'll do
- Create and follow a daily cleaning schedule
- perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
- conduct scheduled checks on facility systems, equipment, and safety devices
- coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with leaders
- respond to facility requests
- log completed tasks
