The Early Preschool Teacher role is onsite in Houston, TX. Compensation is $11–$13 per hour. Primrose School of Summerwood provides an accredited preschool and child care experience for children from infancy through elementary school age. The teacher plans and implements classroom activities that support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Through the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum, daily supervision, and ongoing developmental observation, the role helps provide a safe and engaging learning environment.

What you'll do

• Supervise a group of children and manage daily classroom functions
• implement lesson plans and schedules using the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum
• observe children’s developmental needs
• maintain a safe, attractive classroom and shared areas
• coordinate parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations with a Leadership Team member
• attend required meetings and school functions.
