What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• provide companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• follow individualized care plans provided by the nurse
• report changes in client condition to the agency
• maintain accurate and timely documentation.
