Behavior Technician

Job overview

The Behavior Technician role is in person in Los Angeles, CA, with pay of $20–$27 per hour. Autonomous Behavior Solutions provides in-home and school Applied Behavior Analysis services in the Long Beach, Lakewood, South Bay, and South Los Angeles County areas. The technician provides one-to-one intervention for individuals with autism and related disorders, implementing plans developed by board-certified behavior analysts and clinical supervisors. The role supports clients and families, tracks progress, and communicates feedback to the clinical team to help clients work toward program goals.

What you'll do

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans created by board-certified behavior analysts and clinical supervisors
• support clients and families in meeting program goals
• collect, report, and maintain client progress data
• provide feedback to the clinical team
• participate in ongoing training.
