What you'll do

• Oversee quality operations
• ensure the quality policy program is understood and maintained
• identify and correct departures from the quality system
• oversee corrective actions and follow-up
• handle agency and client audits
• advise on regulatory interpretation and laboratory policy
• coach and mentor quality staff
• oversee regulatory training
• work with operations and clients on complex resolutions
• and identify system improvements.
