What you'll do

• Respond to residential and commercial service calls
• diagnose plumbing problems
• provide repair and replacement options and upfront pricing
• perform repairs, drain cleaning, fixture replacements, water-heater work, repiping, and natural-gas services
• test repairs
• document estimates and work
• maintain the service truck
• participate in meetings, training, and the on-call rotation.
