The role owns the company’s top-of-funnel growth engine, building and operating outbound, organic, earned, and partner channels. It helps scale the customer base and establish repeatable growth systems, while laying the groundwork for a future growth team.

What you'll do

• Own pipeline generation
• define and refine the ideal customer profile
• instrument the funnel end to end
• build multi-channel outbound campaigns
• create founder-facing content and customer stories
• develop referral and partnership channels with investors, accelerators, and startup-serving organizations
• plan community events and represent the company
• build data and automation workflows
• test growth experiments and systematize successful approaches
• help hire and develop initial growth team members.
