What you'll do

• Maintains positive internal and external customer service relationships.
• Manages the agency's program through delegation of responsibility to administrative and supervisory personnel.
• Monitors methods of program administration, planning, supervising, and evaluating.
• Monitors day-to-day compliance with regulatory and reimbursement requirements.
• Manages the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
• Establishes functions and qualifications for all personnel.
• Determines staffing needs and patterns.
• Authorizes appointments to staff positions in collaboration with the VP of Operations.
• Oversees compliance with personnel policies and procedures.
• Negotiates and executes contracts with community providers for service and monitors program compliance with contractual agreements.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program strongly preferred

Experience

Minimum Associate degree in business, healthcare or a related field and a minimum of 5 years related experience; Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or administrative experience in a hospice or home health setting
