What you'll do

• Elicit, document, and manage requirements with public health stakeholders and subject matter experts
• develop business requirements, user stories, process maps, data-flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria
• analyze integrations and data flows
• collaborate on solution designs, backlog items, and implementation plans
• contribute to test planning and user acceptance testing
• develop documentation
• support data quality and reporting considerations
• explain technical topics to nontechnical audiences.
