What you'll do
- Assist with activity planning and implementation
- follow resident care plans
- observe and report attendance, mood, behavior, and involvement
- document resident behavior as directed
- prepare decorations, equipment, and crafts
- escort residents to and from activities
- assist residents with projects
- encourage participation and development of interests, hobbies, and skills
- transport residents to activities as applicable.
