What you'll do

• Provide functional application support
• assist with data retrieval, reporting, and dashboard configuration
• identify system or data anomalies
• recommend enhancements and track issues with development teams
• support configuration management and system updates
• conduct functional testing and develop test plans and reports
• contribute to CONOPS, SOPs, user guides, and training materials
• support user accounts, working groups, demonstrations, and training.
