What you'll do

• Cut and package authorized beef, pork, and poultry items using knives and power equipment
• prepare and display meat products attractively
• order products based on customer needs and review bills
• receive, inspect, and store meat while maintaining the cold chain
• uphold sanitation and quality standards
• complete monthly inventory and work to maximize gross profit.
