What you'll do

• Open and close the store
• supervise sales staff and the sales floor
• assist customers and handle complaints
• receive and check incoming stock
• oversee checkouts and stock transfers
• maintain merchandise displays and store cleanliness
• monitor sales goals and maintain operational records
• prepare store reports and daily deposits when management is absent
• support sorting, inspecting, and stocking donated merchandise.
