What you'll do

• Route incoming leads to in-home sales representatives based on location, availability, and opportunity value
• prioritize hot, warm, and cold leads
• coordinate customer and representative schedules
• monitor lead flow and adjust assignments
• follow up on unsold estimates and open opportunities
• communicate with field sales representatives
• track activity, maintain records, support reporting, and provide inbound and outbound customer service.
