Project Manager | Disaster Restoration

Job overview

The Project Manager is an onsite, full-time position in Springfield, IL, with a base salary of $60,000–$80,000 per year and eligibility for an annual bonus. What you'll do

• Prepare repair and restoration estimates and scopes in Xactimate
• communicate with customers and insurance providers
• monitor construction progress, schedule, and budget
• manage project finances
• identify potential legal issues
• oversee project closeout
• represent the company in meetings
• support project teams
• identify new work opportunities and develop client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships.
