Contract Administrator. The Contract Administrator manages the full lifecycle of service contracts called Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) associated with heavy equipment, including CAT and non-CAT machines. This role is responsible for preparing and delivering CVA quotes, administering renewals and auto-renewals, tracking active agreements, and ensuring accurate communication across departments.
