What you'll do

• Lead development for the college
• partner with department heads, center directors, administrators, and the dean
• build and manage a portfolio of 50–70 prospects
• cultivate, solicit, and steward major and principal gifts
• plan donor visits and proposals
• develop a strategic development plan
• supervise and develop staff
• oversee annual giving
• maintain donor records in the foundation CRM
• coordinate stewardship and alumni engagement
• represent the college and foundation at public events.
