The Residential Team Lead Habilitator role is onsite at the Gorham Residential site in Stanley, NY, with compensation of $19.00–$21.25 per hour. This full-time position works Sunday, Monday, and Thursday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Tuesday and Wednesday are off. The role supports Happiness House and CP Rochester’s residential program and its mission of promoting independence and individual potential. The role provides shift leadership and oversight to Residential Direct Support Professionals, helping ensure safe, quality service delivery. It serves as a liaison between direct support staff and program leadership, supports staff problem-solving and training, and helps maintain documentation, billing, and compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Provide shift oversight and problem-solving support to Residential Direct Support Professionals
• promote safety and supervision of individuals
• communicate program policies, goals, and safety information
• train new team members as needed
• maintain documentation and accurate billing
• coordinate with managers, staff, families, service providers, and community members
• participate in meetings, training, and audits.
