Corporate Information Technology Technician

What you'll do

• Respond to support calls, emails, and tickets
• triage, resolve, or escalate issues. Manage passwords, accounts, and multifactor authentication in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• troubleshoot Windows PCs and Microsoft 365 applications
• prepare and deploy devices through Intune
• and document issues and fixes. Travel to company properties to troubleshoot hardware, printers, scanners, kiosks, point-of-sale and ticketing systems
• install workstations and peripherals
• assist with cabling, Wi-Fi access points, and camera installations under the IT Manager’s direction
• track assets
• and follow security procedures.
