Senior Service Engineer Manager

The role leads field service execution for two-stroke and four-stroke engines and related equipment. It directs technical work, quality delivery, safety, measurements, documentation, and customer communication while coordinating and developing service teams.

What you'll do

• Take customer calls, define scope, prepare quotes, and plan and lead engine service activities
• direct teams performing rigging, cleaning, inspections, measurements, calibration, and assembly
• lead engine repairs and overhauls
• train staff in measurement and documentation
• complete service reports and records
• lead safety meetings and toolbox talks
• plan tooling and mobilization
• verify calibration and inspection data
• coordinate with customer representatives and service coordinators.
