What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize cooking and serving utensils and other items
• restock cleaned items
• monitor dishwashing equipment and report issues
• track cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed
• help keep back-of-house areas and restrooms clean
• manage waste disposal
• follow safety and sanitation protocols
• perform additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
