The role exists to help lead the location and maintain efficient operations while working alongside the team. It contributes to customer experience, wash quality, site standards, and team accountability, and takes the lead when the Car Wash Manager is away.

What you'll do

• Work alongside the team in daily operations
• ensure vehicles are properly prepared and quality standards are met
• manage traffic flow
• answer customer questions and resolve issues
• support scheduling, shift coverage, and accountability
• handle cash and daily reconciliation
• help manage inventory and report equipment needs
• maintain a clean and safe site
• and lead when the Car Wash Manager is not onsite.
