What you'll do

• Develop and update training materials, service guides, bulletins, videos, and repair procedures

• provide advanced technical assistance and help resolve escalated repair cases
• assess trainees and training effectiveness
• collect field feedback
• collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and R&D
• maintain training records and reports.
