Job overview
The Restorative Aide role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA, with compensation of $20–$23 per hour. The position performs restorative nursing measures for residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services. The aide carries out physician-ordered restorative activities, documents resident responses, and reports changes to nursing and therapy staff. The work supports residents’ care plans and daily functioning while protecting resident rights.
What you'll do
- Perform physician-ordered range-of-motion exercises, ambulation, transfers, positioning, bed mobility, activities of daily living, feeding programs, and adaptive-device assistance
- document daily activities and resident responses and summarize weekly progress
- report changes to the Charge Nurse, Director of Nursing Services, and Physical Therapist
- participate in care-plan conferences and required training.

Why this role
