What you'll do

• Identify and qualify government and commercial opportunities
• develop capture strategies, plans, win themes, and competitive analyses
• manage the sales and capture lifecycle through negotiations and award
• oversee proposal development and compliance with RFP requirements
• lead cross-functional teams
• establish response schedules, milestones, and reviews
• manage proposal budgets, resources, and risks
• travel as needed for customer engagements, partner meetings, and industry events.
