Micro Utility Technician

The Micro Utility Technician role is onsite in Waverly, New York. Pay is $23–$26 per hour. Best Bev is a beverage contract manufacturer focused on affordable co-packing and product quality.

What you'll do

• Collect and plate aseptic samples, conduct retests, sample and plate reverse-osmosis water, plate cleaning-in-place swabs, prepare and collect air plates, read plates, enter results, manage microbiology supplies, and sanitize the micro room. Conduct chemistry and finished-product quality checks
• calibrate and operate testing equipment
• enter results in RedZone
• inspect packaging and lot codes
• identify defects and out-of-specification conditions
• and alert leadership or escalate issues as required.
