What you'll do

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff and grounds team
• complete service requests promptly and professionally
• maintain apartments, common areas, pools, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
• coordinate preventative maintenance programs
• ensure the property is clean, safe, and resident-ready
• provide customer service to residents
• work on-call for emergencies as needed.
