What you'll do

• collaborate on proposal strategy and messaging
• write and manage compliant proposals and assigned volumes
• lead kickoff meetings and contributor check-ins
• coordinate content with engineering, finance, and legal
• manage templates, reusable content, and visual elements
• conduct quality reviews
• oversee final production and timely submission
• document lessons learned and recommend process improvements
• support travel as needed, approximately 10%.
