What you'll do

• Manage waste, procurement, vendor, cost, and supporting records
• maintain DSSI waste program tracking for expenditures, hours, direct costs, and generator chargebacks
• track regulated waste costs from generation through disposition
• allocate and document direct and indirect costs
• reconcile vendor and facility charges against records and invoices
• compile monthly invoices and cost reports
• track time-and-materials and travel costs
• support environmental reporting, metrics, audits, and reviews
• coordinate with environmental staff, procurement, vendors, facilities, and government stakeholders
• apply validation checks, version control, and documented business rules.
