Installation Superintendent and Project Coordinator

Job overview

The Installation Superintendent and Project Coordinator works in-office in Novi, MI, with regular travel to customer facilities and project sites, including occasional overnight travel. What you'll do

• Conduct customer site visits and assess installation requirements
• develop installation scopes and estimates
• solicit and compare subcontractor proposals
• coordinate deliveries, staging, and material handling
• perform field layouts
• schedule crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• communicate project and safety requirements
• monitor progress, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• resolve field issues
• document changes and manage change orders
• complete punch lists and customer walkthroughs
• maintain project records.
