What you'll do

• Interpret and transcribe medication orders
• compound and dispense inpatient pharmaceuticals
• monitor medication therapy for interactions, allergies, and appropriateness
• recommend therapeutic alternatives
• support formulary use
• provide clinical pharmacy services
• report medication errors and adverse drug reactions
• support pharmacy staff scheduling.
