Packaging Operator — Third Shift

The Packaging Operator — Third Shift role is onsite in Melrose Park, IL, with pay of $17.75–$20.00 per hour. Pures Food Specialties produces food products, and this role supports safe, consistent production and packaging.

What you'll do

• Operate, monitor, set up, adjust, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
• follow food safety, GMP, allergen, HACCP, and SQF procedures
• read recipes, mix doughs, use digital scales, maintain lot documentation and FIFO practices, clean equipment and work areas, and report food safety or quality issues. Third-shift hours are generally 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, starting Monday night
• initial training is on first or second shift for two months, transitioning to third shift in January 2027.
