What you'll do

• Provide clinical consultation, coaching, and support to therapists and behavioral health staff
• assist with case conceptualization, assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, and care coordination
• support crisis response and escalation
• review documentation and provide feedback
• participate in audits and quality improvement
• support staff onboarding and development
• reinforce compliance
• maintain a therapy caseload and provide direct clinical services within licensure scope.

Why this role

Requires an active, unrestricted Ohio license as an LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC and at least three years of licensed clinical experience. First Aid, CPR, and crisis de-escalation certifications must be obtained and maintained within agency-established timeframes. Travel may be required when needed.
