Member Services Representative

Job overview

The Member Services Representative role is onsite in Camden, SC, with a stated pay range of $10–$10.50 per hour. The position supports Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests in creating a positive, “Judgement Free” club experience. The representative handles member interactions, membership transactions, tours, and sales while maintaining clean and safe club spaces. The role helps members feel welcome and supports their fitness journeys through service, facility upkeep, and prompt attention to concerns.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• answer questions at check-in and by phone
• connect with members on the club floor and uphold club policies
• resolve concerns or escalate them to a manager
• process sign-ups, account updates, cancellations, balances, and transfers
• conduct prospective-member calls and tours
• complete retail transactions and support sales goals
• clean and sanitize equipment, amenities, restrooms, and assigned areas
• identify safety, maintenance, and cleanliness concerns.
