What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business initiatives
• guide technical design and architecture
• oversee applications using React, Java Spring Boot, databases, Kafka, and AWS
• drive cloud adoption, modernization, CI/CD, observability, and security controls
• manage integrations and batch processing
• own release planning, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications
• respond to production incidents and drive root cause analysis
• mentor and develop engineering staff.
