Property Manager

The manager oversees the property and staff, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, vendor work, maintenance, and property safety. The role contributes to effective apartment operations by managing the property within company policies, applicable laws, and its operating budget.

What you'll do

• Manage the property and staff under company policies and applicable laws
• show units and explain occupancy terms
• screen applicants and complete lease files
• collect rents and deposits
• select vendors and approve purchases
• assist with the operating budget
• address evictions and resident concerns
• monitor contracted work and maintenance requests
• inspect vacant units and common areas.
