Field Service Supervisor

What you'll do

• Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily service-line crew operations
• ensure equipment is available, operational, and inspected
• correct safety or equipment deficiencies
• perform equipment maintenance when required
• complete and submit service paperwork
• train Technicians I and II
• operate service-line equipment and provide industrial services
• lead safety meetings
• direct and provide feedback to crew members
• enforce company policies and applicable regulations
• by position, support site remediation, decontamination, and hazardous-material handling
• by position, participate in rotating emergency-response on-call coverage every other week.
