Director of Executive Operations

What you'll do

• Run the weekly leadership operating rhythm
• translate principals’ priorities into cross-functional execution
• track commitments and resolve blockers
• manage priority calendars, communications, meeting preparation, and follow-through
• produce KPI dashboards and reporting packages
• identify risks and delayed initiatives
• coordinate stakeholders
• lead approved special initiatives
• evaluate vendors and oversee approved implementations
• and establish operating processes and escalation rules. Approximately 25% travel is required.
