The Area Sales Manager, Hotel Group Sales role is onsite in Clearwater, FL, with a stated salary of $75,000 per year plus an incentive bonus. The position supports sales for Ocean Properties Hotels, Resorts & Affiliates in the greater Clearwater Beach area. The manager develops and closes hotel business by responding to group opportunities, prospecting and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals and contracts, and using market knowledge and negotiation to maximize revenue. The role also supports community relationships and may attend out-of-town trade shows and conventions as needed.

Why this role
