What you'll do

• Consult with professional builders and retail distributors by phone and at customer locations
• supervise drafters or customer service specialists where appropriate
• initiate sales of engineered wood products and accessories
• conduct technical training seminars and dealer or contractor meetings
• procure and manage engineered wood inventory
• prepare complex CAD or hand drawings for framing conversions
• respond to customer needs and support continuous improvement.
