What you'll do

• Review medical records and plan care at intake
• administer vaccines under veterinarian direction
• collect diagnostic samples
• maintain microchip information, dietary plans, and medical records
• schedule and transport dogs to veterinary appointments
• assist with exams and surgery
• monitor anesthesia
• administer medications
• maintain supply inventories
• obtain transport health documents
• educate veterans about veterinary care.
