What you'll do

• Greet patients and provide customer service
• handle calls and appointment scheduling
• confirm appointments and maintain waitlists
• register patients and verify demographics and insurance
• collect and reconcile payments
• assist with sliding-fee enrollment and billing questions
• scan documents to the EHR
• coordinate patient flow with clinical staff
• maintain confidentiality and front-desk readiness
• travel to other sites as needed.
