What you'll do

• Create an inviting environment for customers
• Verbally welcome all customers
• Answer a variety of basic questions concerning merchandise
• Answer phones promptly
• Provide a smooth customer service experience
• Have a working knowledge of all store policies and procedures
• Promote store loyalty programs
• Operate all point-of-sale equipment
• Maintain the displays and area around the checkout counter.
