What you'll do

• Travel to scheduled patient homes
• communicate schedule changes and care concerns to a supervisor
• document services
• interact respectfully with clients
• respond to emergencies as trained
• communicate client needs and care-plan recommendations
• provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, bathing and showering assistance, grooming support, errands and shopping, medication reminders, pet care, and supervision of home maintenance as requested in the care plan.
