What you'll do

• Administer and maintain highly available Oracle, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL production environments
• tune performance, optimize queries, manage indexing and capacity planning
• monitor database health, replication, storage, connections, locks, and resource consumption
• triage incidents, restore service, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive actions
• automate provisioning, monitoring, maintenance, backup validation, recovery testing, and reporting
• partner with application and platform teams on schema design, migrations, releases, security, and non-functional requirements
• maintain documentation, runbooks, disaster-recovery evidence, and stakeholder updates
• design backup, point-in-time recovery, failover, and disaster-recovery strategies
• support on-call operations.
