What you'll do

• Understand distribution-center operational processes and incorporate them into new WMS design.
• Lead training strategy and curriculum development, and guide a team through go-live and hypercare.
• Oversee SOPs, quick reference guides, training content, training environments, and related materials.
• Coordinate go-live training plans, develop training metrics, learn relevant system configuration processes, assist with testing, and contribute to system design and blueprint phases.
