What you'll do

• Manage the construction warehouse and project-material storage
• coordinate material receipts with buyers, invoice reconciliers, project coordinators, suppliers, and vendors
• inspect incoming materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and document results
• maintain receiving records
• coordinate preventive maintenance with project leads
• store materials according to manufacturer and project requirements
• maintain organization, inventory accuracy, and traceability
• assist with tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
• support timely material availability
• follow safety policies and maintain a clean, safe warehouse
• communicate material status to stakeholders.
